  • 3. Hands-On Activity: AI Tools for Recruitment and Talent Management

    ○ Demo: Open AI Playground, creating your own GPTs, compare various Models, Prompt Engineering
    ○ Description: Participants explore AI tools and platforms for recruitment and talent management.
    ○ Activities: Hands-On Exercise: Participants work in pairs to explore the tools and evaluate their effectiveness.

  • 4. Group Activity: Designing an AI-Powered HR Solution

    ○ Description: Collaborative group work to design an AI solution for a specific HR problem.
    ○ Demo: Introduction to a few AI tools (e.g., Resume Parser, Assessment Creator, HR Analytics in Natural Language, HR Policy Chatbot).
    ○ Activities:

    ■ Each group selects an HR challenge (e.g., bias in hiring, employee turnover, skills gap analysis).
