# AI names your competitors, not you. We change what AI reads about you, on your site and across the web.

## Three kinds of content work. Each starts from what the audit or AI's answers show.

What AI says about you comes from pages, yours and other people's. We fix the ones you own, write the ones that are missing, and work on the ones AI trusts elsewhere.

- Your pages get rewritten so AI can quote them cleanly.
- New content answers the questions where AI names others, not you.
- Other sites that AI cites get to know you, with your approval.

### Your pages

Found by Readability. Pages AI reads but can't quote cleanly. We rewrite the copy on pages you already have, and show you each change before and after.

- Titles and descriptions in the words your buyers use
- The answer first, then the detail
- Each section makes sense on its own, so AI can quote it
- The follow-up questions buyers ask, answered on the page
- One clear line on what you do, the same on every page
- Plans, specs and comparisons in tables
- Old prices, numbers and steps brought up to date
- Bylines and short bios from your own people

### New content

Found by Representation, every 3 weeks. Questions where AI names competitors and not you. We write the page that answers the question, using only facts you've confirmed.

- Articles for the questions you lose
- A page for each use case and industry you serve
- Comparison and alternatives pages, fair to every name
- Pages for the tools you work with
- Customer stories, told with your real customers
- A short study from your own data, when you have it
- Corrections where AI states a wrong fact about you
- Plain answers to the doubts AI repeats, such as price

### Other sites

Found by Representation, every 3 weeks. The pages AI cites that don't mention you. We work on the sites AI trusts, and you approve every step.

- Review site profiles, claimed and completed
- Marketplace and partner listings, complete and current
- Corrections on the business directories AI reads
- A note to authors who got a fact about you wrong
- A pitch to the authors of the lists AI cites
- LinkedIn articles and posts, posted by your people
- Press releases, written from facts you confirm
- Pitches to the publications AI cites, sent once you approve

## A plan before the first word. We review what you have, then write it, or brief your writers.

Most sites already hold the answers AI needs, in the wrong shape. We review every page first, then plan the pieces in the order that matters, for our editors or for yours.

- Every page is marked keep, rewrite, merge or retire, so AI gets one answer.
- The plan names the questions, the pieces that answer them, and their order.
- Your writers can work from our briefs instead of our drafts.

Example content plan for yourwebsite.com, with 46 pages reviewed:

| Page | Finding | Decision |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing page | Answers cost questions below the fold | Rewrite |
| Two onboarding guides | Give AI two different answers | Merge |
| 2021 product tour | Names a plan you no longer sell | Retire |
| Security overview | Clear, current and easy to quote | Keep |

Next 3 weeks: a use-case page on payroll for 50-person companies, a comparison of alternatives to acme.example, and a customer story with a customer who agrees to be named. Each is written by our editors or briefed to your writers.

## How a piece gets written. Evidence first, then a writer, an editor and you.

### We start from the evidence.
The questions the piece must answer, what AI says now, and which pages it cites instead.

### We write the brief.
The questions buyers ask and the follow-ups AI asks next, as headings, with only facts you've confirmed.

### A first draft, then an editor.
We draft with AI from the brief alone. A person on our team then edits it, matches it to your voice and signs it off.

### We check it before you see it.
The answer comes first, each section stands on its own, every claim about you traces to a fact you confirmed, and nothing is copied.

### You approve. We deliver.
Approve, ask for changes or reject in your dashboard. Approved pieces arrive ready to publish, or we publish them where you've given us access.

## What we never do. The rules that keep your name worth trusting.

Shortcuts cost trust, with buyers and with AI. So every piece we write, on your site or anywhere else, follows the same rules, and we tell you up front what's outside our work.

- Your facts are the only facts we write about you.
- Your approval comes before anything is published, posted or sent.
- Your reviews come only from your real customers, never from us.

We never:

- Write, buy or edit reviews
- Pay for a place in a list without a clear sponsored label
- Invent numbers, quotes, customers or case studies
- Say anything about you that you haven't confirmed
- Copy passages from the pages AI cites
- Publish, post or send anything without your approval

Outside our work: Reddit and forums, Wikipedia, paid ads, and running your social accounts.

## Questions about content. What marketing leaders ask us first.

### Who writes the content?
Our editors. Each piece starts as a brief built from the questions it must answer and the facts you've confirmed. We draft it with AI from that brief, then a person edits it and signs it off before you see it.

### Do you update the content we already have?
Yes. We review every page and mark each one keep, rewrite, merge or retire. Old prices, numbers and steps get brought up to date, because AI repeats them as if they were current.

### Can our own writers do the writing?
Yes. Instead of a draft, we hand your team a brief for each piece: the questions it must answer, the facts it may use and the checks it must pass.

### Where do the facts about us come from?
From you. We use only facts you've confirmed. When a piece needs a fact we don't have, such as how long onboarding takes, we ask you rather than guess.

### Will you post or send anything as us?
No, not without your approval. LinkedIn posts go out from your own company page or your people's profiles. Press releases and pitches to publishers go out only once you've approved them.

### Do you write reviews for us?
No. We complete your review site profiles and give you an email to ask your real customers for a review. We never write, buy or edit reviews.

### Can you guarantee AI will mention us?
No. AI engines decide what they mention. We ask the same questions before and after each piece, call it an improvement only when the change is clear, and tell you when nothing moved.

### How is this different from an SEO content agency?
We write for the questions AI answers without you, found in AI's own answers every 3 weeks, and measure each piece on those same questions. Our engineers also fix the website, so AI can read what we write.
